The Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting Mobile Development & User Experience team is seeking an Analyst that enjoys design and innovation.The team develops innovative mobile apps and focuses on the design of our future global professional web suite. As a part of the team, you will contribute to the design, prototyping, testing and enhancements to the mobile product offerings.You will also participate in a wide range of business analysis, industry research, project management, planning and product management. This position requires a creative individual who can successfully work in a dynamic environment where priorities change based on continually evolving business needs and technology.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand and identify user goals, business requirements, competitive strengths of products, and industry trends to make optimal decisions that shape the products
- Design user interfaces that provide a consistent experience with a high level of usability
- Create functional and design specifications for enhancements to existing products and new products
- Work closely with programmers in the implementation of design specifications
- Quality assurance ofimplemented enhancements, new product offerings, Back End deployments, product documentation and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to identify and evaluate possible improvements to our product

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or computer science
- In depth knowledge of the CS Professional Suite
- Design experience of complex interfaces required
- Experience with advanced prototyping tools a plus
- Proven effective testing abilities a must
- Experience with global products is helpful
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and brainstorm with developers, other departments, and product users in a highly dynamic environment
- Must be able to work independently with minimal direction and guidance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
