Employee will be responsible for operational support of the Fleet Data Warehouse. Successful candidate will possess excellent data integration systems experience, optimization, performance troubleshooting skills, knowledge of industry standards, proactive planning and the ability to work in a fast paced environment and drive tactical response issues.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develops expertise in the Fleet Services Data Warehouse and works with the business users on data discrepancies, minor enhancements, testing and deployments
  • Leads an Operations team that provides ETL and Front End support for a highly complex data ecosystem
  • Ensures a robust Production environment and establishes the necessary controls and procedures
  • Troubleshoots data discrepancies, system errors, load failures and optimizes load schedules for maximum efficiency
  • Participates in design reviews, test plans, data load strategies and provides guidance to the support team
  • Provides Project Management oversight and participates in PMO tollgates
  • Follows change control procedures for new deployments and production issues
  • Ensures proactive monitoring and tuning around infrastructure, databases, ETL jobs and report
  • Participates in DR testing and satisfies all application audit requirements
  • Completes tasks, reporting status and work assignments in a timely fashion
  • Participates in off-hours support as needed Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 4 years of experience within IT
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Warehousing environment
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Informatica or other ETL tools
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in database technologies (Oracle, Teradata)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a Business Objects
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a production support role
