What you need for this position:
-3+ years of related work experience in UNIX administration or engineering
-3+ years of experience in installing and maintaining a corporate SAN Infrastructure
-Experience with storage, backup and data protection needs of Enterprise level clients
-Knowledge of VERITAS and AVAMAR backup systems
-Experience with Cisco MDS SAN Operating Systems
-Strong Analytic and research skills
-Solid experience with disaster recovery strategies and planning
-Recent knowledge of EMC Software
-Ability to work well in a team environment
-Ability to troubleshoot problems and quickly resolve issues
What' you'll be doing:
-Design, Build, and Implement SAN architecture in accordance with requirements and standards
-Support and provide support of all SAN systems, Switches and devices
-Monitor usage and capacity of all data centers
-Provide performance tuning of backup and storage systems
-Participation in an on-call rotation
-Improve upon existing system designs and automate processes
-Coordinate with other team members to accomplish projects in allotted timeframes
-Keep current on UNIX product trends and innovations
