Job Summary:
The Sr. Project Manager Marketing Communications will lead the management of day-to-day activities of advertising, promotions and marketing activities. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders across multiple marketing disciplines, the Sr. Project Manager will lead the detailed project management of advertising and promotions around Business Unit and/or Segment Focused marketing projects by ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and meet set objectives. Responsibilities include; working with internal stakeholders and managing agency partners to assist in the development of targeted strategies and tactics, which align with corporate marketing programs and objectives, national and retail advertising and promotional planning, production and placement of offline and online advertising, project media planning, implementation and optimization, product literature, retail promotions, lead generation, point-of-purchase materials and dealer support materials targeted to specific customer segments. This position will have extensive cross-functional involvement across multiple points of the organization and must be able to work within a Matrix organization. Sr. Project Manager will also be responsible for development of direct and indirect reports through coaching and mentoring as well as align department activities to strategic objectives
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field is required. If the candidate does not meet the degree requirement a combination of relevant education and experience should total the equivalent of 13 years.
Experience Required:
A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience required. Brand management and integrated marketing campaign execution experience preferred. A minimum of three years experience in managing multiple advertising, promotions, graphic design agency resources and working collaboratively with advertising agencies in the creative development and media planning processes along with consumer direct or advertising experience required. Must demonstrate solid knowledge of marketing principles and the ability to manage projects coordinate the production of collateral, and develop and execute campaign strategy for multiple programs. Requires up to 20% travel
