Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals. As a Market Systems Analyst, you'll take the lead as you
- Play key role in the innovation of systems and processes within Capital Finance. Balance a speed-to-market approach with a long term view of system sustainability and process implications.
- Create and maintain decision-making tools for Capital Finance. This will include the support of Legacy Access databases and reporting tools, as well as the development of ArcGIS capabilities and map services for the organization.
- Utilize SQL & VBA skills to support Legacy Access databases and Excel dashboards.
- Develop dashboards & reports in MicroStrategy or other systems as assigned.
- Assess and communicate system needs that arise from emerging business priorities and Legacy system support.
- Maintain understanding of tools, data, and reports created by the Market Analytics & Planning (MAP) team

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, or Information Systems
- 4-6 years relevant experience, preferably in the Retail Industry
- 3 years experience in GIS development including knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, and web-based mapping solutions
- Significant experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, VBA, .NET, SQL
- Experience handling large data sets; understanding of data management techniques
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
