Job Description
Performs analyses on biological specimens, eg blood and urine, to aid health care providers in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Participates in the operational support activities necessary to maintain and optimize testing capabilities. (009515-41473)

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science (MLS), clinical laboratory science (CLS), medical technology (MT), chemistry, a human biological science degree, or an HEW certificate may be substituted for the specified degree. Cytogenetics experience is required.

Other Qualifications:
Experience with operation and troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation and assay systems is desirable.

Schedule Details: Wednesday - Saturday; Day shift - FILLED NO LONGER AVAILABLE Sunday - Wednesday; Eve shift; 3 p.m. -1:30 a.m. Monday - Thursday; Eve shift; 3 p.m. -1:30 a.m. with rotating weekends
Weekend Schedule:

Compensation Detail: Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $24.80 per hour.
