Description
As an Data Analyst within MART(Member Acquisition/Retention Team), you will be responsible for developing well-controlled, reliable data processes supporting accurate market reporting and analytics in support of the sales close as well as for a diverse group of end-users You will participate in the creation of automated processes, data repositories, reporting, and analyses from multiple systems and data sources using a variety of tools, including SAS, SQL, and OLAP tools.

Additional responsibilities for this position include but not limited to:
Knowledge Skills and Experience
- Ability to use data to derive consultative insight and recommendations
- Previously has worked with disparate data sources, large data sets and large scale relational databases
- Assume end-to-end ownership of data feeds related to transaction platforms, revenue and membership systems, financial databases and influence process shortcomings and data issues as a business owner
- Collaborate with colleagues and peers to drive business solutions and identify opportunities for innovation
- Be a change-agent and articulate ideas, processes, action plans and results on projects.
- Knowledge of statistical data analyses including segmentation, modelling, profiling and clustering.
- Capable of organizing, prioritizing and handling multiple job assignments on a daily basis.
- Able to function independently and resolve problems with minimum assistance.
- Work in a team environment on projects that aim to solve ambiguous business problems, support requirement gathering as well as design and development of the deliverables within the agreed SLAs
- Conduct training on the projects that are deployed

Qualifications
Education, Experience, and Certification:
- Experience, but not required using analysis tools such as SAS, SQL, and SQL Server Mgmt
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills
- Customer marketing analysis (a background in direct/multi-channel marketing preferred)

Required:
- Relational database experience in SQL
- Data analysis and reporting experience

Preferred:
- Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Info Tech, Decision Science or related field
- Experience with SAS Enterprise Business Intelligence, Database Design & SDLC environment controls
- Understanding of statistical concepts used in modelling and other univariate or multivariate processes
