Job Description:
This position is accountable for leading the EBS change and education initiatives on a global level. The primary focus of this role is to design, own and implement the change and education methodology process and ensure consistent and successful execution of the approach for all regional EBS deployments. Scope of EBS change management methodology includes:
- Leadership/stakeholder alignment
- Project team training planning and execution
- Change impact assessments
- User role mapping
- End-user training
- Business readiness monitoring
- Internal and customer communication
- Customer sell-in preparation and execution
- Measurement of business adoption post go-live
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as an active and visible coach to EBS Deployment Business Leads and HR teams supporting their role of change agents to drive faster adoption, minimize organizational resistance and avoid any kind of business disruption
- Further develop and implement the EBS change process, education strategy and methodology ensuring consistent regional application for all deployments.
- Develop and monitor progress of actionable and targeted change management (CM) plans integrated into the overall project plan
- Build up and direct an effective change agent network
- Manage and coach a virtual team of change partners to enable effective, timely delivery of change and training activities for all deployments and resolve risks/issues preventing delivery
- Manage and develop global EBS Education Lead responsible for governance of all global training tools, templates, and processes to ensure high-caliber education program is consistently applied to deployments and sustained post go-live
- Provide knowledge transfer on CM processes, tools and templates
- Drive the change impact assessment process with business leaders
- Review and approve role change requests and communicate updates to Change Partners
- Act as a central point of contact with various teams on change-related items (eg Security)
- Provide regular PMO updates on status and progress of change and training deliverables
- Update change management methodology, tools and templates as necessary
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years experience with change management models and processes
- 5+ years experience leading global change initiatives
- 10+ years project management experience
- 5+ years experience leading global projects for Fortune 500 companies
- Experience as a team lead in an ERP implementation
- Experience managing direct and indirect reports
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ECL processes and procedures
- Knowledge of SAP terminology
- Understanding of global SAP programs
- Strong decision making and analytical skills
- Experience dealing with time demands, incomplete information or unexpected events
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral with an ability to communication and gain buy-in across the organization to multiple stakeholders
- Experience leading high-performance, business oriented virtual teams that have a sense of urgency, a focus on results, and a commitment to quality
