Our Anoka, MN location is seeking an HR Analyst to add to our team. Within the first six months, the person in this position will learn to utilize award-winning models and a variety of world-class HR technologies to design innovative HR solutions that will drive strategic workforce planning, analytics, and functional execution. This person will interface with business and HR leaders to determine customer needs and work with cross-functional partners to deliver customer-centric reports, models, and technologies.
This person will be responsible to research world class decision management practices and focus on manufacturing workforce optimization solutions. This person will learn ATK's continuous improvement tools and practices to help drive a visual Human Resources function and automate KPIs for the entire HR function.
This position is ideal for a professionals coming from backgrounds of statistics, industrial and systems engineering, or IT that are now driven to be more directly involved with leadership and understanding of core business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Researches opportunities to leverage cross functional practices in HR
- Maintain SAS reporting infrastructure, ensuring scheduled jobs run and interfaces are configured appropriately
- Maintain Sharepoint infrastructure including site administration, content, and security
- Develop content, interfaces, and training for HR Managers to maintain team scorecards
- Maintain interfaces, schedules, and designs for Organization Charts
- Develop documentation and training on current systems, configurations, and interfaces
- Provides ad-hoc reporting as required
- Customer service support of system end users to troubleshoot data maintenance and reporting
- Analyzes, prioritizes, develops and delivers on customer requests for system enhancements
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, industrial and systems engineering, or IT required
- Experience with analtical projects
- Action Oriented and Customer Focused
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Access

Experience utilizing SAS/SPSS/MINITAB

Experience with SQL statements
