Job Description
This position provides consultative support and analysis for the purposes of supporting, integrating, and enhancing information security posture related to Mayo's ecosystem of people, processes and technology. Job duties include integrating multiple disciplines into the information security based functions, including policy, process and procedure development, business process analysis, data analysis, data informatics, systems analysis, risk management for strategic and operational planning and information security solution development and delivery. Displays an advanced ability to identify and define problems as well as generate and implement potential solutions while involving appropriate people in the process. Provides project management and analysis support for complex, high profile and high risk enterprise projects. Consults with senior Mayo leadership to provide unbiased and accurate information, analysis and recommendations to support and advance strategic and operational initiatives for Mayo Clinic. Leads multidisciplinary teams in evaluating strategic, operational, and financial aspects of the mission. Leads innovative processes to design, develop and recommend new approaches, methodologies and tools for data driven decision making and planning. Functions independently and initiates judgment in handling delegated responsibilities, may function within OIS Management team. Contributes to the enhancement of group effectiveness by exchanging information, collaborating with other team members, and providing constructive feedback. Includes information security and multidisciplinary team leadership. This position acts as information security liaison to various business units and the information technology department and provides direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff. Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree in information security, statistical analysis, computer Science, business, MIS, health-related or other field and 8 years' experience to include several of the following : information security, consulting, operational analysis, process change, electronic systems implementation, leadership, systems analysis (manual and electronic) and project management with broad-based key enterprise initiatives. Mayo also hold a Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, health-related or other field and 12 years' experience to include several of the following areas: information security, data analysis, consulting, operational analysis, process change, electronic systems implementation, leadership, systems analysis (manual and electronic) and project management with broad-based key institutional initiatives. Strong understanding of business analysis, data analysis, process development, project management, organizational change management, business processes, finance and staff development. Demonstrated knowledge of problem-solving methodologies, planning techniques, continuous improvement methods, project management methods, and analytical tools and methodologies required. Incumbent must have ability to independently manage a varied workload of complex high visibility projects with multiple priorities and stay current on information security, technology and healthcare trends and institutional changes. Demonstrated history of continuing education in technology, information security, healthcare, and business processes. Excellent interpersonal skills to include presentation, negotiation, influencing, team facilitation and written communications skills are required. Experienced with committee and consensus-managed, physician led organization. Exceptional time management and leadership skills are required.

Other Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of problem-solving methodologies, planning techniques, continuous improvement methods, project management methods, and analytical tools and methodologies required. Incumbent must have ability to independently manage a varied workload of complex projects with multiple priorities and stay current on information security, technology and healthcare trends and institutional changes. Exceptional time management and leadership skills are required.

License or Certification:
Must have at least one of the following active certifications or will be completed within two years: CBAP, CISSP, CISA, PMP, CISM, CRISC or CFE. Other related certifications such as ITIL, SANS/GSEC, CIPP, CGEIT, CPA/CA are preferred, but not required.
