Senior DBA/Architect - SQL Server and Database Administration Senior DBA/Architect We are a very successful and profitable worldwide educational organization that has been in business for almost a century! Due to our continued success, we are looking for a SQL DBA/Architect to join our technical services team.
What you need for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or related field
- 3+ years experience with database administration and database infrastructure along with managing Microsoft SQL Servers and databases
- Must have experience with maintenance, optimization, tuning, replication, clustering, data design and analysis, along with big data
- SQL, SSRS, SSIS, TSQL, Crystal Reports, and queries
- Experience in support for high availability and disaster recovery for critical database systems
- Experience in automating DBA tasks such as change management and database monitoring and tools
- Experience managing large, complex projects that are long-term in nature or projects that have been identified as a critical priority for the user community
