Title:Analyst, First Line Suport (Tues & Thurs 11:30am -8:00am; Thurs & Fri Midnight - 12:00pm)

Description
Perform application/operating system support for large numbers of globally-based Windows/HP systems. Analyze alarms from monitoring tools. Perform corrective actions to restore service for clients subscribing to TRM services. Implement changes on production devices. Assist front-line client-supporting staff indentifying and resolving complex application and connectivity failures. Liaise with regional and global staff to ensure production systems are processing data Real Time and that all emergency procedures and service restoration documentation are updated accordingly. Responsible for reporting service outages and documenting events and service outages in accordance with established procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all service checks, changes, procedures are followed as outlined in service level agreement and internal standard operating procedure.
- Offers solutions and suggestions for process and product improvements to management.
- Complete daily activities ensuring that our team is meeting quality standards for each position set by management.
- Create/Update incident and change tickets with actions tasked by our group.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as needed.

Thur 23:59 - Fri 12:00
Fri 23:59 - Sat 12:00
(May include some Weekend Rotation on ad-hoc basis)

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge/experience of Solaris/Linux or Microsoft Server Operating Systems.
- Working knowledge/experience of Microsoft Office, Internet Protocols, and networking technologies.
- Technical, analytical, and problem solving skills with emphasis on both process and technology to solve business problems.
Demonstrated ability to work at both conceptual and detailed levels.
Creative thinker with ability to think outside the box.
- Great interpersonal, consulting, and relationship management skills.
Superior written and verbal communication skills to clearly document and communicate with other groups globally.
- Ability to multi-task [including various/changing priorities].
- Highly-accountable and able to deliver high-quality results on time.
- Strong achievement orientation and driven for results. - Continuously strives to build knowledge/skills; shares expertise.

Desired Skills:
- Technical Operations experience a plus.
- Working knowledge of news and/or financial markets.
- Experience working within a global organization.
- Experience with administrating Windows-based systems in an enterprise environment.
- ITIL working knowledge.
Education/Certifications:
- Associate/Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field highly preferred.
- ITIL certification a plus.
