The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Manager is responsible to support the ERP Integrations for GE Power & Water - Air Filtration. This position will report directly to the Global ERP Operations Lead.
Essential Responsibilities:
In addition, you will:
Coordinate all efforts with the ERP Release Program Lead in supporting the environment's enhancement and issue resolution processes for any Integrations serving the ERP system Be responsible for support, maintenance and upgrade of all application interfaces connecting to various ERP Modules (AP, AR, GL, HR, OM, PM, Sourcing) Lead the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation and support of ERP Integrations Develop practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals with the ability to effect short-term business goals Be responsible for work that is less defined in scope and has the understanding and experience to execute business objectives Leverage existing solutions and global design to drive standardization and simplification to reduce implementation timelines and costs Ensure conformance to system architecture, standards and practices Communicate standards, policies and compliance requirements Prepare and present project plans, status reports, cost/benefit studies and recommend funding and resources for all ERP integrations Identify critical path decisions, makes recommendations and influences program leaders and business process owners to maximize project payback Support, advise, assist, guide and resolve problems for client leaders and users Partners with client leaders and users to evaluate and improve business processes and arrive at a mutual cost-effective solution for business need Coordinate project and support activities with all functional and technical stakeholder Participate in the preparation of long-range systems plans and assure that they are in concert with business objectives and goals Remain up-to-date with enabling technologies and work as a partner to promote their use Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 year experience in the application of information technologies to business solutions Minimum 3 years industry related experience Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
