Due to rapid growth, we are currently searching for a Senior Business Analyst with exceptional project management skills to join our team. You will play a critical role in helping position our Company for greatness!

What you need for this position:

- 4+ years as a Project Manager or Business Analyst within a software/development environment
- Experience with SharePoint/ECM customization would be very beneficial
- Exceptional project management skills
- Strong functional requirements writing skills
- Ability to perform data analysis for technical projects
- High aptitude for technology with ability to seamlessly work with developers and technical staff
- Bachelor's Degree required

What you'll be doing:

- Serve in a dual role as Project Manager/Business Analyst on multiple projects
- Work directly with clients to assess their document management needs
- Manage project timelines and task lists
- Act as Lead in status meetings
- Stay abreast of relevant technologies and solutions in order to explore new opportunities and drive efficiency
