What you need for this position:
-Recent, hands on experience with LAMP and open source development including expert level PHP
-Proven experience in debugging and optimization of JavaScript for interactive websites
- HTTP/CSS/DOM/AJAX
- Deep understanding of cookies and client-side storage
- Cross-platform and cross-browser development
- Start up or other small team experience
Extra Credit:

- Strong online advertising experience
- Perl, Python or other Scripting languages
What you'll be doing:
In this dynamic Web Development role you will work with our ad server to optimize and streamline advertising delivery and work to increase the productivity of our ad Servers to decrease latency in ad delivery. Of course, you'll also get a chance to design, develop and test new software products as well as support existing commercial products and develop related apps/utilities, widgets and otherwise help build out our platform. This role will also work closely with Online Marketing and Video Advertising to improve UX. Our ideal Web Developer should also feel comfortable developing new online video players and streaming apps as well as content delivery technologies. Finally, this Web Developer will work with web proxies to enhance our content delivery performance.
