POSITION OVERVIEW:
Seeking a 7+ years' experienced Telecommunications Engineer with a strong background in Genesys. This Engineer will oversee the maintenance and upgrades of the telephony and contact center services. All improvements will be documented appropriately and follow change management processes in order to ensure long-time working order. The Telecom Engineer will work with other departments in order to further grow and expand the capabilities of the communication network.
REQUIREMENTS:
.* Demonstrated expertise in Genesys; Genesys Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME)
.* Strong ability to communicate technical concepts
.* Solid understanding of IP Networking (LAN/WAN), VoIP
.* Knowledge in:
.* Alcatel 4400 Switches
.* IP Networking in VOIP systems
.* Ability to work both independently and with a team
.* Excellent analytical abilities
.* Available for 24 hour on-call support
.* Ability to travel up to 10% of time
