Key Role:
Support clients' financial crimes programs. Lead and supervise engagement teams and provide training and direction to junior staff. Communicate with senior stakeholders, including internally and externally. Assist a variety of financial institutions with addressing Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and sanctions compliance matters. Provide support for financial services or AML compliance initiatives. Engage in go-to-market and business development efforts, including the preparation of proposals for prospective clients. Maintain an awareness of current marketplace issues and stay up-to-date with emerging regulatory requirements and guidance.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:-Experience with managing compliance technology projects on a global basis-Experience with anti-money laundering technology and regulations-Experience with managing rollout of an AML or sanctions monitoring processes across complex financial institution clients-Experience in working at either a consulting firm, systems vendor, or in-house practitioner-Ability to travel up to 50% of the time-BA degree

Additional Qualifications:-CFE or CAMS Certification preferred
