SAP Business Integration Analyst

Position Overview:

We are in need of an SAP Functional HR Analyst in Naperville, IL! In this role you will become an expert with external interfaces and data models, as well as data import/reporting and export methods. You will create integration documentation, transform logic and data mappings. You will also offer efficient, excellent service to customers and clients. As the Business Integration Analyst you will work with the integration tool specialist in order to deliver the integration as documented in accordance to the specs. Experience with SAP Cloud Suite or SuccessFactors are important for you to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

*Develop and distribute the Integrations Requirements Documentation
*Experience integrating HR systems such as payroll, benefits, and recruiting/onboarding
*Utilizing either SAP Cloud Applications or Success Factors, become well-versed in data import/export and reporting, as well as delivered data models
*Teach clients how to perform data file uploads/imports

Requirements:

*Bachelor's Degree
*SAP Cloud Suite or SuccessFactors
*XML - understanding the contents
*Integration of HR systems
*Creation of documentation packages
*MS Word, Excel, PP
*Graphical Documentation Tools (ConceptDraw/Visio)
