What you need for this position:

- Extensive experience with Linux System Administration (70% of time)
- Experience with Windows Systems Administration (30% of time)
- Ability to lead a team of 1 Desktop Support Engineer and 2 DBA's

What you'll be doing:

- Mostly Linux System Administration, but some Windows as well
- Converting current environment to VMWare
- Leading a team of DBA's and Desktop Support (100 Desktops, 80 Servers)
- Interact with a team of 20 IT professionals
