Description:

SAIC is seeking an Oracle Database Developer for their location at OFFUTT AFB in Omaha, Nebraska.

Description: Administer, maintains, develops and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of an Oracle database. Implements data models and database design, implements solutions and business rules in PL/SQL; resolves Oracle database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed issues. Actively participate in weekly development status meeting as well as ongoing product development design, review and integration meetings, be able to voice concerns and advise on possible resolutions. Work independently and as part of a team to deliver tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or Oracle database certifications
- Minimum of twelve years education and experience.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Candidate will have a proven track record working collaboratively with a small team using agile software development methodologies.
- Extensive experience with logical/physical data modeling design and procedures; creating and managing tables, views and triggers; database development experience using Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Stored Procedures; database administration using Oracle (4+ years of experience); thorough understanding of Oracle 11g database processes, utilities, and functions (4+ years of experience).
