Description:

SAIC is seeking a Web Developer skilled in Web Development, .NET framework, Java Script, C# and SQL to provide support OFFUTT AFB in Omaha, Nebraska. The successful candidate must possess an active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Job Description:

- Develop and maintain an assessment visualization tool in support of USSTRATCOM's Campaign Plan and in accordance with J9-specified guidance and requirements.
- Perform web development, computer programing and database integration to include .NET, Java Script, C# and SQL Server Database Development and Administration.
- The individual(s) will become familiar with, and use, an Assessments Data Management System (ADMS) developed within USSTRATCOM J93 to support data collection, statistical analysis and visualization of progress towards achieving the Command's Campaign Plan objectives.
- The individual(s) should be able to clearly articulate and help the customer define and refine product requirements.
- Requires additional advisory and assistance services (A&AS) in the Data and Information Management area.

Qualifications

:
Required Experience and Education:

- Active Secret Clearance and have the ability to attain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor Degree
- 3+ experience including web development
- Experience with .NET, Java Scripting, C#, SQL Server Database Administration, SQL Server Development

Desired Experience and Education:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science is preferred. Alternatively, a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics or similar hard science and/or combination of education and experience in computer programming and management information technologies to include web development and database design and management
- Familiarization with USSTRATCOM organization and information technology architectures is preferred.
- Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information.
- Experience with MS SharePoint Servers and SharePoint Designer 2007
- Experience with Adobe Flash
- Experience with Access Database
