Training and Standardization/Evaluation Analyst (TS/SCI) (Job Number:332436)
Description:
SAIC is actively looking for Training and Standardization/Evaluation Analyst (TS/SCI) in Creech AFB, NV.
- Support 432 Wing training requirements.
- Maintain accountability and control of flight testing materials. (Stan/Eval)
- Update data in Patriot Excalibur (PEX), future equivalent systems to PEX, and locally-developed computer database systems as required.
- Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) personnel to update the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) or future equivalent systems to ARMS as required.
- Review and updates student/permanent party records, folders and grade books per the applicable AFIs: AFI 11-202V1, AFI 11-2MQ-1V1, AFI 11-2MQ-9V1, & AFI 11-2RQ-170V1 as well as associated ACC/Installation supplements, and locally-developed guidance. (Training).
- Review and update student/permanent party records, folders and grade books per the applicable AFIs: AFI 11-202V2, AFI 11-2MQ-1V2, AFI 11-2MQ-9V2, & AFI 11-2RQ-170V2 as well as associated ACC/Installation supplements, and locally-developed guidance. (Stan/Eval).
- Administer classes and exams as required. Coordinate with scheduling to ensure crewmembers are scheduled for Crew Resource Management, Instructor Crew Resource Management, Instrument Refresher Course, and any other grounding or pre-deployment training requirements.
- Perform weekly individual gradebook checks of personnel training (including ancillary training) requirements. (Training)
- Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements via e-mail, telephone or in person. (Stan/Eval)
- Prepare and execute periodic training/testing plan for approval & scheduling. (Training)
- Provide weekly updates to squadron leadership containing the flight and readiness status of personnel to facilitate tracking of duty status and performance report/decoration accomplishment.
- Coordinate with scheduling, enabling them to maximize training opportunities in accordance with unit leadership guidance as well as direction from the Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs, and NCOICs of DOT and DOS. Scheduling and training will be consistent with Air Force Instructions. (Training)
- Schedule check rides in coordination with DOS consistent with unit leadership and Chief of Stan/Eval guidance and applicable Air Force Instructions. (Stan/Eval)
- Provide daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training accomplishment for the unit Ops Sup (or equivalent) as well as weekly summaries for the Operations Officer. (Training)
- Generate the following reports/forms as required:
- AF Form 4324, Aircraft Assignment/Aircrew Qualification Worksheet (Training).
- Training aids (Training).
- Monthly aircrew qualification level summary (also known as the Letter of Xs ) and provide copy of in-work and final documents to Wing OSS/OSO and Wing OGV NLT the last day of each month.
- Monthly and quarterly Rated Aircrew Performance (RAP) reports and provide RAP inputs to Wing OSS Training each quarter. (Training).
- RAP reporting as required by the current RAP tasking message. (Training).
- Monthly summary of aircrew probation/regression status. (Training).
- Evaluation and testing status and trend data reports (Stan/Eval).
- Grade Book report. (Training)
- SEB Quarterly report. (Stan/Eval)
- AF Form 8, Qualification of Aircrew Qualification. (Stan/Eval)
- ARMS Additional Training Accomplishment Report. (Stan/Eval)
- Certified TODO/TODA. Responsible for placing orders in ETIMS, updating publications library, Stan/Eval library and publications maintained in ground control stations (GCSs). If contractor is not a currently certified TODO/TODA, communicate with the unit's TODO/TODA to accomplish the tasks above. (Stan/Eval)
- Conduct monthly reviews of those aircrews entering into the first month of evaluation eligibility period. (Stan/Eval)
- Familiar with Air Force Instructions and be comfortable providing a basic interpretation of vague language in AFIs which are applicable to their respective squadron. (Stan/Eval)
- Perform PEX Administrator and testing administrator duties/function for units, updating all applicable items for unit members and individuals TDY or flying at the unit due to training or mission requirements. (Stan/Eval)
Qualifications
:
Educational and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors' degree or 10 years of related experience
Active TS/SCI Clearance.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in/with the military and two (2) years of experience working with PEX or similar proprietary stan/eval program (stan/eval only) and two (2) years working with Microsoft Access, Excel, or SharePoint (training only) and either:
1) Two (2) years of experience working in a MQ-1/9 or RQ-170 Squadron/Group/Wing training or stan/eval shop (as applicable)
OR
2) Five (5) years of experience working in a DoD Flying Squadron/Group/Wing training or stan/eval office (as applicable)
