Based out of Manchester, NH we are a privately held company providing support software for CRM and ERP applications used by our clients. Put simply, our products ensure that companies get the most use out of their CRM and ERP products by integrating data between applications in real time. In the last 3 years our company has doubled in size, so recent demands require more work to be done! We are looking for a Level 3 Support Engineer with prior work/school project experience working with C++.
Responsibilities:
-Work collaboratively with the support and development teams to diagnose, debug and resolve escalated customer issues
-Create and deliver software hotfixes when appropriate
-Submit discovered product defects and track them to their resolution
-Respond to customer issues submitted to company product forums
-Become a guru with our product/software
Required Skills:
-Strong troubleshooting skills in the Windows environment including knowledge of Active Directory, networking, security, IIS, ODBC
-Experience working in high pressure technical situations
-Strong component debugging and troubleshooting skills in the Windows/.NET environment using C# and C++
Bonus Skills:
-Data migration and/or integration experience
-Familiarity with CRM or ERP applications a plus: Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics (CRM, GP, NAV, AX, SL), Sage (ACT!, SalesLogix, Peachtree, MAS90, MAS200, MAS500), SAP, QuickBooks, etc.
-SQL/database skills with MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle or DB2
-Experience with WCF or other Web Service technologies
-Experience with VB.Net, VB6, X++, CAL or other application specific languages
