Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products is seeking an IT Manager, Digital Cross Franchise. The position is based in Skillman, NJ.

Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company Division of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc. develops and markets baby care, wound care and skin care products that address the needs of consumers and health care professionals and incorporate the latest innovations. The portfolio includes heritage brands JOHNSON'S® Baby and BAND-AID® Brand, as well as leading skin care brands such as AVEENO® and CLEAN & CLEAR® and OTC products including TYLENOL® and ZYRTEC®.

The Digital Cross Franchise Manager coordinates key digital initiatives which cover multiple franchises/businesses with multiple new capability needs. The role directly takes the responsibility for delivering both major brand priorities and platform related initiatives. The role brings together all relevant team skill sets needed to deliver against these programs from across internal partners and external delivery organizations.

Responsibilities include: Execute key cross franchise initiatives which will drive the most value for our business. Meet these requirements with solutions which position us for the future. Deliver large business wide digital programmes, ensuring they meet business needs, are technically sound, have a clear business case and clear financial and governance approaches. Bring together all key thought leaders and expertise needed to deliver key initiatives you have responsibility for. Partner with Digital Technologists, Capability leads, Project Managers, Delivery teams and Solution Architects to ensure best in class delivery of allocated initiatives. Partner with Digital Centre of Excellence and brands teams to align business needs and requirements keeping key partners and stakeholders appropriately updated on progress. Manage transition of assigned key initiatives when completed into support and maintenance teams. Ensure compliance is built in to all work. Focus on automation and consistency of compliance needs to minimise impacts on our digital initiatives.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Computer Science or related field. PMI training is required, certification is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of related experience working as a capability/technology lead and project manager helping digital marketing and product development is required. Demonstrated experience running large engagements with Fortune 500 clients or equivalent experience is required. Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven ability to develop presentations and speak to large audiences, including senior level personnel, is required. Experience scoping large engagements, with development of project plans in MS Project is required. Management of large, complex projects that met with business requirements and were on schedule and budget is required. Familiarity with various types of digital projects and associated interdependencies, including: web sites, online advertising, campaigns, kiosks, mobile, signage, brand, and consulting is required. Familiarity with various digital/web/mobile technologies including analytics and dashboards, SEO/SEM, CMS (content management systems), campaign management, service integration, marketing database, is required. Strong experience with SDLC methodology and quality assurance processes is required. Experience managing clients (external or internal) and partners on project scope and delivery is required. Familiarity with web development technologies is required. Strong problem solving skills; responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and changing environment is required. Experience in a process driven environment following sound software development life cycle processes is required.

Excellent attention to detail, a desire to learn and master new technologies and stay current on digital trends and advances in the industry is required. Ability to organize and schedule work effectively is required. Ability to lead a team and work as a team player with DCOE, brand and IT teams in a cross team environment is required. Customer service skills and the ability to work and excel independently as well as in a team oriented environment is required. Ability to work flexible hours, including hours beyond the normal schedule when necessary is required.

Prior experience working for a digital agency is preferred. Strong knowledge of Front End and Back End web and mobile development technologies is preferred. Prior experience in online marketing and/or advertising as well as user experience design is preferred. Understanding of issues covering site architecture, user-interface and navigation is preferred. Knowledge of software quality assurance process is preferred.
