Position Description:

The Senior Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager - Financial Reporting will be responsible for:
Delivering on key deliverables within the systems development project life cycle including a Financial Warehouse implementing SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and IBM's Reference Data Management software
Understanding data warehousing structures and functionality to deliver world-class solutions
Independently driving improvement initiatives to completion
Running meetings and tracking open issues
Managing project plans
Analyzing current processes and recommending future enhancements
High level of independent troubleshooting, root cause analysis
Propose future state recommendations
Managing testing scenarios and required inputs
Performing data analysis
Troubleshooting systems production issues that are critical to the financial close.

Position Requirements
Position Requirements
Minimum of 7 years actively participating in systems development life cycle
Minimum of 3 years Financial Systems experience actively participating in successful systems initiatives. Experience related to corporate consolidation and data warehousing is a plus
Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
Strong functional knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes
Strong documentation skills as it relates to preparing business and functional requirements
Understanding of financial functions such as intercompany, allocations, pooling, foreign exchange, cash accounting operations, financial reporting on a GAAP or insurance statutory basis is also a plus
Experience with both SAP BusinessObjects reporting with the ability to develop queries and run reports is a plus
Bachelor's Degree
