Strategic Accounts Platform (SAP) Manager - CTS

Primary Responsibilities
THIS POSITION WILL BE LOCATED IN SHANGHAI, CHINA...
Strong leadership and expertise in customer relationship in charge of United States Strategic Global Accounts (SGA) for China - Hong Kong region (CHK)
Manage the team of Regional Key Account Managers (RKAM) in charge of US accounts
Act as the major interface between US GKAM and CHK operations.
Understand the SGA strategy to identify how to market SGS services and maximize market share
Act in a public relations role during US customer visits in CHK
Maintain a high level business relationship with representatives of US accounts
Interact with Consumer Testing Services (CTS) management and affiliates

Reporting to
Consumer Testing Services

Specific responsibilities
Set up and organize the network of RKAM and coordinators to optimize services
Be accountable for the CHK revenue linked to US Strategic Accounts
Support the GKAM for global agreements and renewals of existing contracts
Establish, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI) regarding service level agreements requirements and financial targets
Take appropriate actions to ensure delivery is at the customer's expectation level
Provided continuous education, support, information, technical assistance and back-up to SGS offices involved with US SAP Accounts and initiatives
Act as the representative of the US Team within the region

Boost the revenue by opening new doors with top brands (Retail and Consumer Products)
Establish high level relationships with strategic accounts senior management
Contribute to customer's satisfaction on SGS global operations

Skills
International experience strongly desired
Multi languages skill is a strong plus, especially Mandarin
Leadership, autonomy and accountability
Robust knowledge of our industry, especially with retailers on supply chain improvement programs
Effective skills to develop good working relationships with contacts at all levels
Knowledge of current consumer market issues, standards and regulations
Expertise recognized in the field of international sales and Key Account Management
Experience of international business management
Strong knowledge of US retail and manufacturing industries
Experience in the Testing - Inspection - Certification industry is a plus
