Support GE Capital IT Risk Management program by performing IT risk related data analysis. The individual will work with numerous cross functional teams to integrate data into the risk classification and analysis model and provide management reports. Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and manage IT Risk classification and analysis model (design, development, testing, calibration, documentation, approval, implementation, monitoring and reporting).
  • Develop and own relationships between inherent IT risks and relevant IT controls.
  • Perform data analysis of IT risk and controls assessments.
  • Translate business requirements into data specifications and meaningful management reports
  • Assist in identifying overlaps in data requirements across teams and projects.
  • Own development and support of ACL tools for data analytics. Establish and implement controls around analysis configuration.
  • Identify opportunities to reuse existing data structures to accommodate new business requirements.
  • Work with functional counterparts on requirements gathering activities and assist in managing expectations with customers (ie balancing their needs with wants and educate as appropriate)
  • Identify impact on existing model/solution triggered by new/changed requirements and incorporate operational definitions
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key functional stakeholders Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst/Business Analyst
