The Program Manager will implement assigned infrastructure services initiatives on time and on budget. Responsible for managing large, highly complex projects including overall project review, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution and closure in infrastructure support services.
Essential Responsibilities: Ensures all standards are adhered to throughout project execution.
Manages budgets and contracts associated with program or initiative.
Ensures infrastructure designs are capable of meeting business critical application SLAs, recovery CTQs, and maintenance requirements in a cost-effective manner.
Reviews infrastructure-related incidents
Ensures the execution of short-term preventative actions.
Manages long-term infrastructure projects and process improvements
Leads the development of infrastructure capacity plans to support assigned application.
Defines infrastructure requirements and infrastructure project plans to address known gaps and identified risks
Collaborates with the Disaster Recovery for business continuity testing.
