Business Analyst/Project Manager, Front Office, Multi Asset Class, Front Office business sponsored Change, Regulatory Change, Level One Controls, Global Project delivery. Top tier Investment Bank is reviewing their Level One Controls in their Front Office business across all asset classes globally. This multi workstream initiative is been driven internally by the dedicated Front Office sponsored Change team, predominantly made up of ex Management Consultants and SME's with a deep understanding of multiple Asset Class products and front to back processes within a Front Office trading environment. You will need to be a hands on Business Analyst adept at Project Managing your own streams of work and multiple stakeholders along with a strong sense of delivery. Working for Front Office stakeholders on a global analysis of strategic controls, you will be required to engage with key players in Front Office, Compliance, Audit and Technology to review Level One Controls and define requirements. As well as documenting current state controls you will need to identify non compliant gaps and develop business requirements to introduce new controls.
