Software Developer/Business Analyst/Project Manager

Looking for software development candidates who are either interested in pursuing business analysis/project management, or developers who have some experience in those particular areas.

Looking for an experienced professional with business insight and strong technical skills to join project management team.

Responsibilities:

-Hands-on development and coding as needed.

-Help drive business and technology strategy for firm-wide regulatory reporting.

-Coordinate responses across various filings, analysing individual reporting requirements, working with business groups to identify sourcing/calculation rules and working with firm technology teams to implement these changes.

-Responsible for project management, business and requirements analysis, data analysis and technical design/architecture.

Qualifications:

-Strong programming capabilities.

-3+ years experience in business analysis, project management, reporting.

-Should possess a sound understanding of financial markets and operational processes. 

-Experience with the investment life cycle working directly or in a consulting capacity at an investment manager is ideal. 

-Candidates should have end-user knowledge of databases, report writing, advanced understanding of SQL and working knowledge of VBA, Java and UNIX Shell Scripting. 

-Candidates will exhibit advanced skills in MS Office (including Excel, PowerPoint) and be comfortable presenting to senior individuals. 

-Ideal candidates will have excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
