Software Developer/Java/Windows/Unix/Linux

Responsibilities:
-Build features for next generation software and identify processes that will drive collaboration and productivity.
-Gather requirements and optimize tools to capture important methods, workflows, and processes that play a major role in determining strategic initiatives for the Firm.
-Educate end-users on how to properly leverage applications and features.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree from a top university with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
-Successful candidates will have a strong academic record with a BS in computer science or another highly technical, scientific discipline.
-Solid experience with Java, Windows Servers, Unix, and Linux is required.
-In addition to a demonstrable aptitude for automating processes, candidates should have abilities in multiple Scripting languages such as Python, PHP, Perl, and Shell.
-Experience developing content management systems or social media platforms is also a plus.
Candidates should possess strong people skills to elicit and distill technology needs from highly technical staff and novice users alike.
