Our client is a leading global investment bank with one of the largest client bases in the world. They serve nearly 20,000 clients, including corporations, governments, states, municipalities, healthcare organizations, education institutions, banks and investors in more than 100 countries. They offer a complete range of financial services to help clients achieve their goals and provide strategic advice, lend money, raise capital, help manage risk and extend liquidity.

Responsibilities:
Scanning, tracking and recording documents received in the relevant repositories
Assisting with the interpretation and capture of legal and credit terms into various data capture and risk management engines
Performing quality control cross-review of agreements processed by other team members
Escalating and reporting all matters delaying the timely processing of fully executed agreements
Running MIS reporting and tracking of all documentation received by DMOU
Participating in short and long term projects to improve the team's risk management and infrastructure capabilities
Serving as a point of contact for internal client inquiries, issues and requests
Business Partnerships - candidate will be responsible for partnering with Legal, Credit, and Collateral Risk Management, among others, to insure legal terms are complete, correct, and accurately translated by the firm's credit risk management systems

Qualifications:
Ability to act on own initiative, be accurate, reliable and confident in ensuring legal documents are in place and conducting investigations of trades that are not netting
Ability to focus on the key issues and drive initiatives to a conclusion and implementation
Self-motivated, proactive, proven ability to learn
Must be able to communicate (oral/written) effectively with many areas of the firm and various levels of management
Strong Client Focus
Candidate must be control oriented and have a keen eye for detail
Strong team player with the ability to seek out participation in group situations and deliver shared business goals
Candidate must possess problem solving and analytical skills and must be able to think independently
Ability to effectively multi-task and work under pressure

Additional Details:
Pay Rate: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on the position
Hours: Core hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Employment Type: contract
