SQL Server Database Analyst/SSIS/SSRS

Growing and stable company in Norcross has an immediate need to hire a Reporting Analyst on a contract to perm basis.  In this role, you will work on a team of about 10 and will be responsible for increasing profit growth of the company through systems development and support, process improvement, compliance support, service, reporting, and support of other partner departments.

This person would be responsible for creating automated reports and so will need business analyst skills, customer service skills, data forensics skills, etc. The company runs off SQL 2005 and 2008, but utilize various connections including MySQL and Oracle.

Responsibilities:

• Provide midlevel support SQL DBA services to include management of SSIS and SSRS      solutions for enterprise Business Intelligence systems.
• Assist with administration of business systems including ERP and BI systems, Crystal & SSRS reporting, server and system maintenance, updates, and data mining tools, etc.     
• Maintenance and distribution of reports including department cost reporting, project/product cost reporting.
• Work with IT team to manage and enforce general and end user controls to strengthen the internal control environment to maintain SOX and SAE 16 compliance.      
• Database administration of Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Documentation of processes, change orders, testing and results.
• Special projects as requested.

Requirements:

• 4+ years directly related support or systems experience.
• SSIS and SSRS experience (ability to create reporting and configure SSRS or SSIS to support the automation and delivery).
• Experience with Oracle via Toad.
• SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 and Oracle 9/10 DB administration including running SSIS packages, created SQL statements, reading and troubleshooting packages, working with package automation, etc highly desired.

Preferences:

• Crystal Reports highly desirable.     
• Visual Basic, HTML, XML experience
