This is a Full time direct hire role located in our NC facility.

What you need for this position:
* Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field
* 5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst, including 3+ supporting Oracle Applications (Oracle R12 is a plus!) with a strong emphasis on the Material Planning module
* Proficient with PL/SQL
* Prior project management experience
* Able to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally
What you will be doing:
* Provide functional and technical support to various Oracle apps including: engineering, costing, inventory management, discrete manufacturing, materials planning, purchasing, mobile supply chain applications, and order management
* Gather business requirements
* Evaluate new technologies to improve overall user productivity and operational performance
* Document functional specifications and project plans
* Develop and tests solutions
* Conduct end user training
* Act as a liaison between global manufacturing groups and various IT teams
