Instructional Designer

Digital People is looking for Instructional Designers or E-Learning professionals that are in search of new opportunities in the industry. If you are an experienced professional that has a passion for developing content, building strategies, establishing best practices, creating templates, outlining courses, testing, testing and more testing, than please send your resume. Requirements
Strong background in analysis, design, development and implementation of learning solutions
Experience in designing and developing formal instructor-led training, E-learning and assessment materials
Experience with Captivate, Adobe Presenter
Experience with Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Flash a plus
Ability to partner with varying levels of leadership
Ability to manage projects and take direction
Excellent oral and written communication skills
