Senior IT professional level employee with oversight of GE Capital Americas Risk initiatives spanning analytics, data management, and governance. Responsible for defining the Business Intelligence roadmap for Risk and driving successful delivery of BI solutions across the GECA Risk function. Essential Responsibilities:
- Serves as a senior leader in the GECA BI organization as well as the leader for delivery of large complex initiatives typically containing multiple projects across multiple platforms in the Risk function.
- Develops and maintains relationships with business, IT leaders, developers, architects and other stakeholders to define and plan integrated sales and marketing solutions.
- Ensures successful completion of all work executed by the team (on time, on budget, and ensuring quality).
- Ensures compliance with the project management methodologies and the Project Management Office processes and standards.
- Develops, maintains, and ensures compliance of application release management, outage management and change control processes and standards.
- Creates, communicates, and manages the project plans and other required project documentation and provides updates as necessary.
- Maintains project documentation, including project charter, requirements, conceptual design, test plans, schedules, and presentations. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors degree (or 4 years equivalent working experience) with 5+ years of IT experience
