IT Project Manager for Growing Retail Technology Startup Senior .NET Developer Based near Dayton, Ohio, we are a retail technology start-up who is rapidly growing due to our success. We are seeking a local, experienced IT Project Manager to add to our team. Our ideal candidate will be motivated and have the ability to wear many hats at once, as well as be able to thrive in a high-energy start-up environment.

What you need for this position:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of IT business analyst and/or software project management experience
- Ability to use project management software to track and manage tasks, resources and project costs

What you'll be doing:

- Writing and reviewing project proposals to determine project goals, scope, time, budget and staffing requirements
- Developing and maintaining project plans specifying goals, strategy, and staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, and contingency plans
- Documenting business requirements and supporting the development team with user testing to ensure software deliverables meet all specifications
- Ensuring solution design and delivery fits with agreed upon guidelines including functional, technical, performance, security, scalability, process, and total cost of ownership
