Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in higher level progaram/project manager in directing the project life cycle by assisting in development of comprehensive project plans to include both long and short-range goals and milestones. Identifies, acquires, and utilizes company resources to achieve project objectives. Directs a project team usually within a Matrix organization, monitoring and encouraging functional organizations to complete milestornes within specific budges and schedules. May on occasion interface with external eustomers as well as top management for the purpose of communicating status of project throughout life cycle. May supervise direct supports. Responsible for a functional area that performs one or all of the following: System development, implementation, installation, testing, modification or operation of complex equipment and systems. Develops and implements project plans. Monitors and provides project status.

Required Qualifications:

A bachelors degree in engineering, science or business with 7 years combined functional and management experience.

TS/SCI active clearance required.
