Job Description: Training Specialist Intermediate

Position Summary:

-Assists in formulation and execution of software training programs and developing training products.
-Assists with assessing training requirements, identifying and evaluating training alternatives, and develop training materials to include a variety of training approaches: traditional classroom, programmed learning, hands-on, simulation, video, audio, and computer aided training.
-Must be capable of instructing personnel from prepared course material.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

-Develop Training Packages for Operational Software Releases
-Prepare User and Technical Manuals
-Conduct Type I and refresher Mobile Training Team (MTT) operator and system administrator training for each new release.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:

-Previous experience in OIF/OEF as a JTAC, ROMAD, ALO, FDO or FDT.
-Knowledge/Experience with TACP CASS

Additional Requirements:

-JTAC Certification
