The University of Oklahoma has an opening for an E-learning Specialist under a Personnel Services Contract facilitated by the University and located at the US Postal Service National Center for Employee Development, Norman, OK. Relocation expenses are not covered under the terms of this contract.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree OR an equivalent combination of education/job related experience. 12 to 24 months experience in web-based training storyboard design and development. 12 months experience in media/delivery specialty (WBT, ILT, or ILT Virtual).

Purpose/Duties:
Utilize instructional design principles to design and develop effective E-learning solutions and content for new courses and course conversions.
