Role Summary/Purpose: GE is an equal opportunity employer, offering a great work environment, challenging career opportunities, professional training and competitive compensation.In this role, you will lead the ERP team in implementing Oracle Fulfillment across Artificial Lift. You will partner with functional teams and broader GE O&G IT team to conceptualize, plan, execute, and operationalize the solution. You will be responsible for overall program plan, budget and deliverables, as well as direct reports including performance assessments, salary planning, etc.
Essential Responsibilities: In addition, you will:
Lead overall ERP implementation with focus on Fulfillment (Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, Services)
Partner with GE O&G Oracle COE to drive AL ERP strategy
Participate in strategy planning activities related to the ERP platform to support business goals in terms of growth, globalization, and productivity
Provide leadership and mentoring to GE Employees
Be responsible for large scale and global ERP/Non ERP initiatives from conceptualization to execution
Work as a business partner with client leaders to evaluate and improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions
Work with Information Management CoE's across GE Oil & Gas to find best solutions to business opportunities
Identify critical path decisions, makes recommendations and influence program leaders, business process owners, and clients to maximize programs payback
Prepare, present and review program plans, status reports, cost/benefit studies, and recommend funding and resources Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 additional years of equivalent work experience)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology, with 5 of those years in the ERP space
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role with direct report responsibilities Additional Eligibility Qualifications: GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
