The Oracle ERP, Sourcing position will be responsible for assisting IT Leader to resolve IT pain-points and business pain-points in respective functional area.
Essential Responsibilities: In addition, you will:
- Facilitate meeting with functional clients to understand, document, analyze, and explain to IT leaders for solution options and decisions
- Lead project management to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
- Report timely status of projects to IT Leader
- Manage the collaboration with other IT Project/Program Manager's (Functional, ERP/BI/DW, D&S IT Leaders) to resolve client issues
- Develop SOW's and manage the on
- boarding process of GDC's project resources
- Facilitate conference calls and webex's with GDC's and other IT services providers and document minutes of meetings
- Manage the development of test scripts for IT testing and user acceptance testing
- Manage the testing of new applications and enhancements
- Provide daily solutions to open tickets assignments
- Assist employees on correct GE processes
- Develop and present PowerPoint presentations
- Travel to other sites as necessary to resolve issues
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years job related experience
- Minimum of 3 years of IT Project Management experience with platforms, such as ERP, CRM, or QMS
