The Oracle ERP, Supply Chain position will be responsible for assisting IT Leader to resolve IT pain-points and business pain-points in respective functional area. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy. Essential Responsibilities: In addition, you will:

  • Serve as Oracle ERP solution delivery expert for the design and implementation of assigned application areas
  • Be accountable for operational excellence of Oracle ERP, with duties including project reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution and closure for all project work related to the program
  • Manage budgets and contracts associated with the programs
  • Manage activities of project team resources to support and deliver solutions relating to the programs
  • Maintain effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization
  • Coordinate program support activities, including the development of internal and external communications, establishing roadmaps and benchmarks, and developing training plans
  • Lead the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of Oracle ERP solutions for Artificial Lift business processes
  • Support, advise, assist, guide, and resolve problems for Artificial Lift leaders and users
  • Work as a business partner with Artificial Lift leaders and users to evaluate/improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions
  • Ensure conformance to system architecture, standards, and practices
  • Prepare and present project plans, status reports, cost/benefit studies and recommend funding and resources
  • Initiate direct communication with specific customers, clients, suppliers, and systems personnel
  • Act as a change agent for business processes
  • Stay current with enabling technologies and work as a partner to promote their use
  • Coordinate outsourced supplier efforts as required
  • Lead in the evaluation/implementation of third party software solutions as needed as it relates/integrates with Oracle ERP
  • Manage the collaboration with other IT Project/Program Manager's (Functional, ERP/BI/DW, D&S IT Leaders) to resolve client issues
  • Provide daily solutions to open tickets assignments
  • Travel to other sites as necessary to resolve issues Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelors' Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP and their implementation into the business function Additional Eligibility Qualifications: GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
