What you'll be doing (in a nutshell):
- Provide CRM technical expertise
- Design a structural blueprint to outline Siebel solutions that addresses business and technical requirements needed to achieve company objectives
- Diagnoses and resolves technical issues
- Integrate new functionality as needed
- Administration on designated systems and applications, in accordance with the defined policies, standards and procedures of the organization
- Mentor less senior team members
What you need for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent. Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- 4+ years of experience in Siebel development or architecture
Extra Credit:
- Siebel certifications
- Professional knowledge of Oracle databases
- Excellent understanding of Siebel applications administration tools
