Key Role:
Work as part of a larger team providing systems engineering and integration support to facilitate the SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific (SSC PAC) government team in the system and critical design of the IT infrastructure for the USSTRATCOM new C2 facility throughout the period of performance. Provide IT infrastructure requirements analysis and develop candidate architectures, standards, and integrated solutions based in existing technologies, life cycle planning, prototype demonstration, testing and evaluation, and technical documentation to support accreditation, procurement, and implementation in the new C2 facility. Design, configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and support Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Unified Communications (UC), and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) capabilities and coordinate across multiple DoD agencies.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:-2+ years of experience with designing, configuring, integrating, troubleshooting, and supporting Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Unified Communications (UC), and Video Teleconferencing (VTC)-2+ years of experience with VoIP, UC, and VTC components, including phones, ISDN, Analog, IP gateways, gatekeepers, conference bridges, transcoding resources, and voicemail-1+ years of experience with VoIP, including SIP, H323,MGCP, RTP, and SDP-Experience with VoIP, UC, and VTC best practices, including security-Experience with Military Unique features, including Multi-level Precedence and Preemption (MLPP), AS-SIP, and secure voice equipment-Knowledge of IP networks and traditional TDM networks, including PRI and BRI circuits -TS/SCI clearance-BA or BS degree in EE, CS, or Physics

Additional Qualifications:-Experience in working with DISA and other DoD agencies-Knowledge of DoD policies and procedures with regard to the installation, configuration, and management of UC systems on a DoD network

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
