Description:

Provide overall control and coordination of all aspects of the contract. Serve as the contractor's authorized representative with the Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO), the Project Officer and the Site's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Must interface with the Government's management personnel, contractor managers, and customer agency representatives. Formulates and enforces work standards, assignments, schedules, and reviews contract deliverables. Disseminates policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates. Maintains cost data to ensure the contract remains on time and within budget. Approves requests from contractor to government. Approves estimates of time, materials, labor, travel requests and travel plans. Has overall responsibility for the performance of contract personnel.

Qualifications

:
Civilian Education. Master's degree required; major in operations research, computer science, engineering, management, or equivalent area desired. Bachelor's degree required; major in operations research, computer science, engineering, management, or equivalent area desired plus 10 years of experience.

Military Education. Minimum four years' experience in military training and education. Attendance at Intermediate Level School such as Marine Corps Command and Staff College (CSC), or completion of equivalent nonresident course required. Attendance at School of Advance Warfare (SAW) or Naval War College (NWC) is preferred.

Military Operational Experience. Minimum ten years operational involvement in deployment and employment of ground combat, aviation, supporting arms, and/or combat service support units and related equipment . Minimum ten years demonstrated knowledge of military doctrine, tactics, and military command relationships at the operational command level as measured by actual operational force employment experience. Direct involvement in real world operations is desirable.

Modeling and Simulation Experience. Minimum four years' experience in DoD modeling and simulation, and supporting technologies.

Managerial Experience. Minimum three years of program manager experience. Demonstrate experience in contractual pricing and accounting.

Must currently possess a Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI access.
