Description:

The Software Applications Engineer will be part of the System/Business Intelligence & Data Management team, responsible for production support, software analysis, design, coding, and testing specific to SOA environment and BPM system.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Development and deployment of various sized projects within Oracle BPM 10.3 and SOA environments
- Work closely with customers to understand business need and built out requirements.
- Work closely with developers; identify services for development, identify providers/consumers, identify messages between systems and help execute development effort.
- Provides fact-finding and research as required for assigned projects.
- Work on tasks to ensure day-to-day mandatory O&M is complete and system is available and stable.
- Work closely with customers and developers to resolve production issues/outages and must be available to be on call.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree coupled with 5+ years of experience with JAVA and SOAP.
- Experience working in a Middleware environment performing application integration and business process management

Desired Qualifications:

- Oracle SOA
- Oracle BPM
- Experience in managing production Oracle SOA 11g
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies: BAM, BPEL, BPMN, OEM, OSB, SOA/BPM, and Weblogic.
- Knowledge of web technologies: WSDL and XML
