SAIC's Surveillance & Reconnaissance Group has an immediate need for a Software Configuration Management (CM) Analyst located in Orlando, Florida supporting SE Core Program.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Software Configuration Management Analyst is an entry level position that will assist the Project Configuration Management Manager in the planning and managing of the configuration management activities, plans, policies and processes for a program. Some activities will include software builds and integration into the final product. The Software Configuration Management Analyst will be responsible for implementing configuration management at the project level. Typically involved in configuration identification, data management, software builds, change control process, change control organization, hierarchical change control, managing the correlation between products, off-line archival and retrieval procedures, baseline management, version control, delta management and managing change sets. Responsible for technical and management-level reports, reporting CM metrics, baseline management, and version control. Frequently interacts with customers, subcontractors and functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Interactions normally involve matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree
0+ years experience with software Configuration Management or software development.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Ability to be well organized and follow processes. Demonstrated ability as good communicator capable of producing documentation and interacting with others. Experience with SharePoint, subversion, and JIRA tools. Familiarity with software and Geospatial data types.
