Access Planning Analyst I

Performs technical feasibility studies and financial analyses to provide optimum least-cost connectivity between the network and an increasing number of alternate access providers' networks of moderate complexity. Develops access strategies and plans which meet market demand while delivering the highest grade of service and the best competitive advantage.

Candidate should have a proven track record of working on projects and achieving deadlines. Must be a self-starter.
