Req# 138529BR Position Title Database Analyst III Position Summary

Plans computerized databases, including base definition, structure, documentation, long-range requirements, operational guidelines and protection. Ensures the accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools, such as base dictionaries. Establishes and maintains security and integrity controls. Formulates and monitors policies, procedures and standards relating to database management. Proposes and implements enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.

"> ">Manage the development of a cell site level return on invested capital (ROIC) database. Evolve the database from a computer based MS Access tool to an enterprise grade Teradata server based tool. Work with IT to drive the project through the capital and AGILE development processes. Evaluate the need for an interim desktop server solution and develop the server if an interim solution is needed. Once the cell site ROIC tool is developed, this position will be responsible for management and maintenance of the database, conducting data analysis, and serving as a consultant using the tool to support Finance and other organizations.

Technical requirements include:

- SQL, VBA experience
- MS Access/Excel
- Database Server setup and management
- Statistical analysis methods and tools. This position will not have direct reports and will be an individual contributor role reporting to Manager of Finance. "> ">
Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
- Three years data warehouse experience
- Three years database structure development experience
- Three years data mining experience
